Returns policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. 

If the refund does not show, contact your credit/debit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the problem with the return is a fault of ours, we will compensate you with the shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

The same rule applies for international returns, If the problem with the return is a fault of ours, we will compensate you.

When sending an item back to us in the UK use second class signed for.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged items

If you believe your package has been damaged in shipping please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly to resolve the issue.


Unless specified, all of our items come with a minimum 1 year warranty, starting from the day of purchase. If you are unsure about the warranty length for a specific product, you can contact us and we can assist you.

Your warranty covers problems/defects that have NOT been caused by product misuse/physical/liquid damage, etc. You will be entitled to a replacement product of the same/equivalent value/specifications.
